Hello by any chance do you know what this means I downloads it from my health app seem as it suggest it and this is the result also by any chance does someone know what ear capacity means ?

I can't help with analysis of the diagrams or ear capacity; not a clue!

An audiologist will explain in full what this means in the context of your personal test results when you go to ENT (I read your earlier post). They will give you as much information as you want about what the test results mean. Your hearing will likely be checked again, especially given your young age.

Your best sources for info are your ENT specialist and audiologist (two different people) in due course. You need to have hearing loss confirmed and know what's caused it, the prognosis and how to manage tinnitus (T). One step at a time.

Be prepared for a bit of a wait for the ENT appointment to come through.
