I use Nature sound from pillow speaker at night and have a tinnitus app on my phone so if it’s bad during the day I’ll put ear bud beside bad ear playing cricket sounds that way I’ll soon forget about it when watching tv etc

I use sleep phones (bought from the BTA) at night connected to my mobile that has a sounds app. I also take medication to help me relax before bed. I use a hearing aid during the day that has a sound I can switch on and off if I need to be distracted from myT.

I struggle a bit now and again, but generally have the mindset to just ignore it. Not easy, but I am not aware of any other realistic options.

Hi. My mind is so active that this helps to drown out the sound at night. If you can, try and keep thinking of things in bed, it does help. I know were told to relax but with T, IT DOES WORK.
