T at an unbearable level...put this thing on and thought, if someone came in and herd you listening to these crazy noises they would think you were "mental"....making me feel like i am mental.......WTF....just struggling a wee bit more than usual...

Pretty sure me wearing headphones in restaurants and the loud bird noise being noticeable to others in quiet places has people pegging me as mental too 😅 sorry you are suffering. Try engaging your other senses (touch some ice/have a hot bath) or smell something strong - might help your brain turn away from the T).
