My T started off like that, so much that my GP diagnosed me with Meniere's disease that includes vertigo and dizziness. If it gets worse it's worth a trip to the GP to get check out. Since that time (4 years ago) I've had lessening dizziness. Hope you feel better.

I was in same position this time last year - I insisted on a referral back to ent. As MRI was clear two years earlier they were not concerned about new symptoms. It has improved and now at it's worse going to a horizontal position from standing. So Pilates is still a challenge

I have had the balance and dizzness thing for the past four years. Mine is due to a different pressure on eather side of my inner ears at first I couldn't stand up with out being sick doctor can give you a medication to help with the dizzness it takes time but i think last year so far it's only happened three times, it does get better gradually. Or your brain realises something is wrong and compensates

All the best

Emily
