Tinnitus spikes

I have been suffering from tinnitus and hyperacusis for the last five years. The worse is that my condition spikes up very frequently to the point of despair. Doctors recommend to go to emergency Hospitals for intravenous injection of stedon (Valium ) which now I am addicted to.

Is there someone with similar experience and how does one cope with this terrible condition?

Minos.Really sorry that you are having a bad time. I have H and T so share your pain. I have Brown noise programmed into My hearing aid maskers. They just take the edge of it.

Use a mixture of meds for symptomatic relief.
