Does anyone have any tips I have two young babies that have been poorly and when they wake up through the night I start to get aniexty because my t is so loud? My focus should be on them not these horrible noises.

Get an app on your phone with calming music. Get earphone so you can listen to the music. Or if you can get hearing aids with masking music.
