How do you do ..and what can be done with teeth cleaning ..that hi pich killing me ? ...ear protection doesn't work..any advice please ?

I have a Panasonic teeth irrigator a bit like a mini jet wash as well as a Braun toothbrush... this works really well for me xx

Hi. Im new to all this and getting paranoid about noise loudness. I do suggest for this one that you ask the dentist to use the old fashioned way to clean them. I know I will. Hope it goes well.
