I'm certain I'm not the only one who struggles with this but over the last few years I've been getting these "feathery tickles" in and around my temples with pressure in the back of my head and Pulsatile Tinnitus. Its so debilitating and I can't seem to get any relief. Seems like my balance is messed up too.
