You'll have to explain that a bit more clearly my friend. You shouldn't listen for any particular frequency of tinnitus - you usually just get what you're given.

So they only really guess and you have to pay all that cash

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean - who are you paying cash to?

Hi there. I'm sorry to read about your hearing loss. As Ruud1boy stated, it will be helpful to all here if you could clarify what you mean about listening to tinnitus frequencies and where payment comes into the picture.

No criticism at all, it's just a little unclear about what the problem is from your original post.

All the best

I was talking London tinnitus clinic charging that much for neurmodulation if you wanted it,

And the frequency I was talking about is low lost I have so I wandered to retrain brain what would I listen you there is some low or high neurmodulation sounds on YouTube

I would recommend looking at some of the BTA's recently updated guidance on treatments for tinnitus - including the Neuromodulation topic:

tinnitus.org.uk/tinnitus-an...

There's evidence to suggest that neuromodulation is an effective pain relief treatment, but the evidence is less conclusive on tinnitus currently. I'd recommend keeping a look at the forum for members' experiences of neuromodulation, to see if it's for you.

I'm always looking at new treatments if neurmodulation works great but paying £4600 and did not work.hardly find any feed back from patient that had it done, still can't see they can warrant the price for it it's only a ear eat piece and little box that plays tones
