I experience high and low tones but the high pitch sounds are hard for me , stress triggers mine and that’s when it gets louder and it leaves me to believe why nobody can hear it but me lol I try everything at that point... taking a walk helps me cope. I’m now trying CBD and I just started it today . I get a headache from the high pitch sounds. I hope you can find something that will help you get though it . I never give up and I will always find something to interrupt the sounds because I have many. Night time is the hardest so that’s why I’m trying the CBD I always have hope even if it’s just one thing because sitting around and focusing on the sounds makes it worse for me so i hope you can find something .

I’m 57 and I have had tinnitus since 2010 , I had 2 head surgery’s because I have Ménière’s disease , that causes fluid to fill up in your ears so I had vertigo and was always spinning , after the surgery’s is when the tinnitus came , I no longer spin but now I’m deaf in one ear and 45% hearing in my good ear , Today I am doing well except for the tinnitus, I hope someday for a cure as well, I’m not one today I am doing well except for the tinnitus, I hope someday for a cure as well, I love life so I push though but tinnitus has made it hard for me to enjoy many things .

I totally understand it's not easy and when you have outher health problems on topof the ringing it dose not help it's trust to say those that don't have this ringing in ears don't know what hell us sufferers go through they my think it's only sounds you're hearin but this is 24 7 I think a lot more research should go in to this so thare can be a end to this ringing and buzzing and outher sounds those suffering from this

Yes I agree! My family and friends have no idea . Though the years I have developed many new sounds, I have a hard time in crowds so I shop on line but I do like to get out so I make myself because I don’t want to stop living. It’s Comforting to have this support group because we understand each other
