Has this ever happened to anyone with tinnitus ? A high pitched sound comes when you make a sound or noises and it’s not there when it’s silent . Could someone help me please I’m freaking out

There's very little to go on in your message Amy. Do you experience any other symptoms of tinnitus or is just this one? What's your hearing like generally? How often are you hearing this sound?
