More noises now

I have had hissing tinnitus for about Four years. Now I have pulsating tinnitus started as well. In my left ear only pulsating in frequency to my heart beat. Went to doctors but he showed very little interest. Keeps me awake when in a quiet environment. Anyone else had this?
