Phone App

Hi everyone, just back from my first visit to ENT. Apparently my T has been caused by a heavy cold. Hissing in left ear. My biggest problem is getting to sleep at night. She recommended a phone app called Resound GN relief. Downloaded it, but there are lots of different sounds. Just wondered if anyone has used this app and which sounds were chosen?

Thanks in advance

Glynne.

I've not used that app myself but I have been using a similar one called 'Relaxio'. This one has lots of different sounds to use but I tend to use the water/waves sounds.

My T is like 'hissing' too funnily enough (like a TV on the blink).

I only tend to use the app at night though with my pillow speakers and it's really helped improve my quality of sleep.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure I know what pillow speakers are?
