I have both tinnitus and hyparacusis and the builders are on site I live in new house. Buildets are now near where I live and am worried impact on any damage.🤔

You are quite right to be worried about the potential noise.
Best you put some ‘over ear’ headphones on and listen to some nice soft music.
Or ear plugs if you have some.
