Spike awful

Hi all yesterday had the worst spike ever it was a long day at hospital for preasessment for minor opp titinis at it's usuall time thought l was managing ok having m9re good days than bad then yesterday was awful fear panic all the old feelings back on on month nine now is it still early days also ear feels sore anyone else had this have terrible itch as well in the ear anyone recommend anything thanks

I too am just starting to get really bad itchy ears I have Tinnitus for 2 years and this is a first !

So annoying weakens me out of my sleep then l hurt my ear vicious circle
