Hearing Aids and Tinnitus

Hi All

I have noticed over a period of years my hearing was not up to standard. I had earwax syringed from my ears with no problems. I was then referred to the hospital and after tests was fitted with hearing aids, since then I now have ringing in my ears when it is quiet especially in the night and morning which seems to be tinnitus. Has anyone else had this
