Hi,I have a real fulness and pressure in the ears last few days,I was wondering would hayfever be causing this.i was reading on hear that ear fullness can happen with tinnitus, but I'm nearly four months in and this is the first time this has happened.i am getting bad hayfever with alot of sneezing and bringing up mucus,I'v always had problems with eustation tube as they always crackle and pop when swallowing. Does anyone else have same problem with hayfever?

Hi Michael I have had tinitus for 14 months now I have never suffered with hayfever in my life but I was going to ask the same question. My ears are feeling full, I'm sneezing an lots of mucas! as you say . So I am thinking that with the prolonged hot weather it is affecting everything in my head which then increases the pressure in the ears ☹️ . Have decided to go back to steaming my head twice a day with olbas oil to see if this helps. Would be interested to get anyone elses input.

Hi Diane, yes it's definitely the warm weather and the pollen season been so high.it hasn't been as high since 1974.i'm 35 now and didn't get hayfever until 5 years ago. It is at its peak at the moment and lasts until mid July, was with gp on Thursday and got nasal spray and he said excess mucus is now clogging pipes.steaming seams a good idea.

Thanks Michael
