I have been listening to radio a lot more lately and the other day I tuned into a station that was playing traditional music. I could still hear my T over most of it until they played a track of bagpipe music and hey presto...no tinnitus noise!! Mine is a high pitched whining hiss and oddly, something in pipe music, not just the volume, seems to balance it out. I'm digging out all my albums of cd's of pipe music now to see if any particular tracks work better than others!

As someone of Scottish heritage - and still celebrating the team's win at rugby - I'm not sure even I would have thought of bagpipes as a tinnitus management tool!
I was really surprised Nic but it works well for me. I hope you had your tartan scarf on while you were watching and celebrated afterwards with a wee dram...or two!
Mull of Kintyre by Wings lol.
Brilliant !! Reading your post reminded me of all the holidays we`ve spent in Scotland. Love the place.
Hope the bagpipe music continues to help.
Love Lynne xx
