Tanatis sounding like a son.

My tinitus sounds as music. I can hear something like very short part of a song. I can recognize voices and various instruments while it lasts. It sounds someone is playing music behind the wall. I even recognize genres of the music. Is that common?

Yes there is such a thing as musical tinnitus. I had an auntie who could hear fairground music. I think the BTA have an information sheet on musical tinnitus.

Musical Tinnitus's more popular than you think, the first time you hear a voice coming from within yourself is a bit daunting but you get used to it. I don't mind a bit of Soul music after midnight,
