I have had constant t for nearly 4 months. Mine seems to get worse when I eat or drink, no specific food or drink in particular. Does anyone else experience this?

Eating trigger for tinnitus spike
If it gets worse when you eat, might it be connected to your TMJ? When I have bad days, I can increase the volume of my tinnitus when I chew, clench my jaw or neck muscles. We all seem to experience tinnitus in different ways, but might be worth mentioning to your gp or ent specialist or even dentist. Good luck.
I don't have pain in my jaw but it does click sometimes. I have a dental appointment, this week, will ask about it. Thank you.
I just think being dehydrated and salt are culprits.
i can alter the tone of T when i open my jaw i sometimes use this to measure how loud it is ,when its loud i cant alter the tone buy opening it
Too much salt and too much beer seem to temporarily raise mine up but I've come to terms with this and will not be giving up either.
Hi
Had T for over two years and I think it is possible that the diet can effect T, I try to avoid procesed food as much as I can.
Hope this of some help. Gary
Ps I don't no if there is medical proof to back up my avoidance of processed foods, it helps me that's all.
Thanks for all posts received, has given me something to think about. Hope you are all having a good t day.
My T is caused with TMJD waiting for jaw wash out see if it helps. but could make it worse mine gets worse with jaw opening put me on liquid diet to see if that helps. If your jaw is clicking see dentist is one of the first signs tmjd x
