My ears start ringing the other day for no reason I went to the doctor. And it wasn't blood pressure. If this ringing does not stop I'm going to go insane

Seriously, if you have ringing in your ears that's not going away after a few days, speak to your GP. They'll check your ears for wax blockages / infections etc and if they don't find anything, they'll send you away in the hope that it'll ease over the next few weeks. It usually does. If the noise is still ongoing after a few months, go back to your GP ask them to refer you for an ENT consultation.

Hi Greg, You have to try and stay calm and focus on other things and I know that is alot easier said then done. Over the years I have been able to habituate my T to a point where I hardly notice it at all, I do go through phases (going through my worst currently actually) but in the past they have always past and I hope this one does to. Anxiety only makes it worse. If you can change your focus you will go along way to habituating your T also.
