Has the information from the old BTA forum been retained? A lot of people put a lot of time into providing support and it is a very useful resource for those going through the initial panic stages and beyond. If not can a zipped dump of the entire forum be made available? Steve H

I know the old forum had a few technical issues but from what I've seen so far, this is a step backwards. Mind you, at least someone going through a panic doesn't have to wait for a few days to be registered on here.

Totally agree Steve, old forum was very well laid out and quick to follow posts and posters. Only problem was time to register - to which you and Jim t had the solution. Angela xx

I agree - having only recently joined , looking back over previous posts was one of the best things about it. I am sure / hope it will ' sort itself out/ become as good as the previous forum in time .

Hello there - I made it at last. Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you, but as you can imagine, there's been a lot of work happening behind the scenes with the new website and forum - and then I had a quick trip over to Belfast for our latest Information Day!

To answer your question - we have all the information from the previous forum. The issue is, whether it's in any kind of format that can be transferred here. It is something I'm working on, and on Friday I'll be discussing this further with one of the gurus from Health Unlocked.

Nic, I am surprised the BTA were not aware of whether the old posts could be transferred or not before signing up for the new forum?

The transfer hasn't been the easiest thing for us Jim. The issue is that our old website was custom. We will find a solution!
