Hi , Yes we need more info. If cannot sleep it may be Hyperthyroidism, thyroid results too high but if sleep a short while, heavily and then awake for hours can be Hypo, low thyroid, but of course, that is only if thinking of thyroid. In which case you need at least TSH, T4 and Free T3 test with ranges, to rule in or out.
