Like button?

Wouldn't it be good if we could have a "like" button. As pinklily said a few hours ago, we may not have time to reply to a comment or have anything to add to what has already been said. It would be good to just acknowledge that we have seen it x

I believe Health Unlocked, the people who host the forum, are considering this for a future version of the platform along with several other changes. I'm not sure what timescale they are talking about though. I'm sure one of the ladies at Thyroid UK will be able to update us once they know of any changes. It is one of the things that has been requested
