wooaaaahhh ooooohhh

Sorry gotta laugh at some point today!!

My feet are feeling really weird.

The numbness and pins and needles are in both heels and it feels like I am walking with sponges attached to my feet :(

What's next?? Getting fed up of one thing then another, and thats in the middle of being passed from pillar to post!!

Oh hum.

My feet felt like this before I had Levo, now only big toe (possibly because of vertebrae problem - mid-slip L4 and L5). Hope you soon get rid of this feeling and feel better. Janet.

I have had this for 18 months but it is gradually improving as my dose of Armour increases though not before they started vibrating too!

Oh Ann, I had this too - mine felt as though the sponges had been dipped in cold water!! This sensation has gradually improved as Ievo has been increased (now on 200mcg, diagnosed in September). Still there sometimes, but getting better. Hope you feel an improvement soon. Karen

thanks for the replies xx

Cannot believe that there are a lot of others with this weird sensation.

I go and see the quack a week next wednesday for results of xrays and for him to review my bloods, as I asked for a second opinion over all the tests.

Here's hoping I get an answer.

Hi It is possible that it s diabetes, I had those type of feelings, especially peripheral neuralgia before being diagnosed with diabetes.Amazingly, none of my clever doctors knew!

If GP will not do the 2 tests, go to a good pharmacy and they will do your BM ( finger prick test ) free, at least 2 hours after food or drink. It should be below 6, but, a bit higher normally OK.

My feet are like this but I have been told I have morton's neuroma waiting to see the specialist this week as had cortisone injection in right foot before Christmas helped for a couple of weeks but as bad as ever now.

I had a weird feeling in my feet too and also had the tingling in feet hands and the top of my head. The feeling in my feet was like the soles of my feet were over-sensitive and I felt like I was walking around on a boat in rough seas. It was very unpleasant but thankfully has gone now that I am well-medicated on Armour :) xx
