Is it OK to take Evening Primrose Oil with Levothyroxine.

I have started taking Evening Primrose Oil capsules, for my hot sweats, but wonder if it interacts with my Levothyroxine.Don't want to take EPO if its best not to.

Whenever you take supplements always take them at least 4 hours after taking levo.

Yes you can take evening primrose oil as there are no interactions.

Do, however, be aware that EPO interacts with a large number of other medicines. Have a look here:
