Thanks for this PR. I can confirm that the power of the drugs companies is eyewatering!

The reason my late husband (a man with more integrity than anyone I've ever met) resigned from his job as a pharmaceutical patent attorney was because he couldn't live with the way big pharma operated.

On a slightly lighter note there are 3 movies that illustrate very well how the system works, and are easy to watch, but very sad. They may be a bit "Hollywood", but there are many truths in them:

Lorenzo's Oil (1992) - this is a true story.

The Fugitive (1993)

Love and Other Drugs (2010)
