There is no info with them. I'm trying to stick to tablets with the same ingredients. I collected them from chemist with 25mg goldshield tabs Thanks to anyone who knows
can anyone tell me the brand name for a bottle ... - Thyroid UK
can anyone tell me the brand name for a bottle of Levothyroxine 50mg tablets. They have T.A printed on them and C on the other side.
Mine have the same lettering as yours, mine are Almus. You could ask the pharmacist to make sure of the brand.
You are right to want to stick to the same brand, I had a dreadful time once when brands were mixed. Never again! It is easy enough to split 50mcg tablets to achieve a 25mcg dose using a pill splitter, they do an excellent job.
Almus is not a manufacturer - this name is usually linked with Boots so I'm guessing yours came from Boots? If you check the actual PIL (Patient Information Leaflet) inside the box, you might find the tablets are actually Activis?
The T. A. and C indicate they're probably Activis. You can check out the ingredients here if you need to

That said, next time your pharmacist gives you 'no name' tablets, I think you should demand to be told the manufacturer name and given a printout of the appropriate PIL.
95% sure i've had Actavis Levothyroxine 50mcg with that marking - but don't know if it's unique to that. No problem with them so far as i know...
