Sadly, Anxiety is a very comman symptom with hypo- so panic attacks are comman to. hope everything is ok! x

unfortunately yes.... it could be worth while to see psychotherapist, they can help with coping skills... hope all is well x

yes i do have anxiety something rotten sometimes, seems to be worse at night before i go to sleep my heart goes mad and my head is all over the place.
