I have a problem with this and I can't solve it, maybe you can help me. I took various treatments for hypertension and they all put me in hypo-state, they reduce my blood pressure to normal, but a few days after I started, hypo symptoms appeared. first in the morning I take my (125mcg+ 10T3) hormones and a few hours later I take my blood pressure pill (water pills+perindopril,...etc). My fingers and toes become fluffy, my scalp becomes dry, I have difficulty moving, my judgment is foggy, etc. I don't know how can I fix it !!!

Your TSH being 1.1 is showing me you need a dose increase and you're currently under replaced which may be why you're struggling.
Free T4 (fT4) 15.7 pmol/L (11.84 - 21.62) 39.5%
Free T3 (fT3) 4.74 pmol/L (3.08 - 6.78) 44.9%
So both free hormones are lss than where they need to be. Most people aim for 70% of range for both FT4 & FT3. Suggest you raise Levo by 25mcgs and retest in 8 weeks.
Have you tested vitamins lately? Metformin lowers B12 so best keep a close eye on that.
How much B12 do you take and what form?
You dont seem to be taking any folate and likely you need some.

I tried to increase the dose but it's very hard for me, I don't feel well. I take 2000mg B12 methil-form slow release . I wonder if the hormones have increased my blood pressure.
I take candestartan last thing at night when I go to bed together with magnesium. I take my levothyroxine and Liothyronine on waking an hour before eating anything. B vitamins I take at lunchtime as any earlier they upset my stomach. Vit D spray includes vit K I take whenever I remember.
My late father had problems with finding the right medication for his high blood pressure. Over time he was prescribed about 5 or 6 drugs or combinations of drugs before he found something that worked and he could tolerate.
Perhaps you could ask your doctor to try something else because of the problems you are having.
