Back from GP appointment due to their concern over low TSH ( TSH 0.01 fT4 75%. fT3 50% ) After 8 yrs. I am now Hypo Graves’ taking 100mcg. Levo. I managed to stay focused on my personal circumstances and give scientific back up why I was not concerned . I asked her to trust me as she would a diabetic patient adjusting their insulin and how ironic it was that if she reduced my Levo and managed to raise TSH the lab would then refuse to measure my T3 , which for me causes symptoms if it drops below 40% in range. Apparently, it is in my notes I am very knowledgeable ( thanks fellow forum members ) and she would keep me on my present dose but write to Endocrinology for comment. Interested what they will have to say. Relieved at last to have a GP I can work with.
