if anyone is doubtful about the impacts of stress on the thyroid - a recent little personal experience….
My latest results (07.01.25) are all within range, I have just brought a new car (new to me I’m not loaded enough to afford a brand spanker 😂) so I took my inherited aging van with bits dropping off it no heating etc etc and bumped it across the Lincolnshire backroads for an hour half journey to Peterborough to part chop her in. On arrival the car wasn’t ready 😡 no drama as there’s no point - because my insurance was due to auto swap over they gave me a top of the range (you’re not really driving it it’s driving you car) to use for the day until ready … for various family reasons etc and back and fourth trips to Peterborough I did over 300 miles in a variety of vehicles - upon waking the next day I felt like I’d been run over - aches everywhere like I’d done a full workout - I’m not ill and can only attribute this to stress and tension.
Ive fitted new doors throughout my house over Christmas and carpets and generally run around like a nutter and didn’t feel like this - this was different, a different kinda stress - note to self: stress is a leading cause of your autoimmune disease, try keep it to a minimum 😂😱
