My resting HR in 2024 has gone up from 62 til 90 and dont know what to do.

last week is was horrible, thought it was too much t3 ( Im on t3 only) went down but it has not done any difference 😰 I’ m on Hydrocortisone since 22/11, cureently on 4 x 10 mg. Also experiences extreme shakiness, too Little or too much, I dont know. Have stopped my b12 injektions as it has gone worse since starting them and my iron has also dropped low. Just startet iron and hope it might be the reason.

Any suggestions? Doctors in Denmark is no help and Im pretty much treating my selv 😰

I am on B12 injections - twice a day for 5 months now and I don't know about the HR though mine goes up and down, often 90-100, and symptoms like shakiness can be what happens when B12 levels increase until they are resolved. I've seen this called reversing out.All my symptoms got worse, including some that I hadn't had for a long time and now all but the numb fingers and toes have gone and they have improved a lot.

Hopefully this is the reason 🤗

When you start B12 injections it can use up a lot of the iron that you currently have.

Low iron can cause heart palps & tachycardia.

Always take iron 4 hours away from Levo. Take it with Vit C or orange juice to help absorption.

How are your other vitamin levels - folate & D3?

What are your most recent thyroid test results with reference ranges?

Oh no, then that will be why.

How long have you been taking 100mcgs? Going to take a while to drop back down. Maybe best to drop 5mcgs a week.

I went to the hospital…..severe takykardi and chest pain…. , have been taking 2-300 mcg daily for 5-8 days instead of my normal 70-80 😰🙈 so I’m taking some days off til my vitals are normal again. Stupid mistake 😰😰

Careful with stopping completely otherwise in a few eks you'll bounce the other way very hypo. Betetr to taper back to where you need to be slowly.
