Hello I've been taking vencamil for about 6 weeks but it's a lower does than I used to be on currently 100mcg previously I was taking 125mcg ~ 100mcg mercury pharmacy and 25 wockhart . I've been getting the shakes and at points heart palpitations it's horrible and I don't know what's causing it. I'm speaking to GP later this week but anyone else had similar on this brand?

Looks likely that the reduction in dose is the issue as when you were on 125mcg your TSH was 1.5, why have they reduced your dose?
Hello thanks for reply I'm having digestive issues an over active bowel which the doctor has wondered if my meds are causing. The reduced dose has helped a bit but not entirely. My tsh has gone up to 4.16 T4 10.6 and T3 is 6.2 the doctor is more interested in investing the bowel problem before reinstating the higher dose.
Why was your dose reduced? Your last TSH was over 1, so not over replaced.
Likely you need to go back to previous dose.
Have you had vitamins tested yet?
Hello the lower dose is due to bowel issues and no the vitamins were not tested.
Is it possible that you are absorbing the Vencamil significantly better than the previous makes? Hence now feeling a bit over-dosed.
This is just something to consider, I'm not saying this is the case.
I think from the blood test results I am under medicated but the doctor won't agree to higher dose again because I've still got issues with my bowel so I now need to do stool samples again
Tsh and t4 rising on treatment 
Vencamil has made a huge difference to me
Changed from Levothyroxine to Liothyronine. T4 to T3.
