TSH 0.44mu/L
Free T4 18.7pmol/L

please add ranges
What, if any medication are you taking
Are you still on Carbimazole
Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
What vitamin supplements are you taking
TSH- 0.40-5.30
T4 -11.5-22.7
Ferritin 152 (13-150)
Folate 10.6 (3.9-20)
b12 994 (197-771)
Vit D wasn’t tested
All of the above were marked as satisfactory by the GP After a quick google I noted the B12 ref range in our lab was low on the upper limit, many labs are around 1000. Ours had changed and the numbers were much lower than last time it was tested upper limit last time was 1132
Thanks
note to add I was unwell with a virus when these were taken. I am
No longer on carbimazole and had stopped vitamin B complex supplements before the test.
I also take omeperazole daily.
Why are you taking a PPI
Suffer from reflux, have a small hiatus hernia.

what do you make of my blood results?
You need to see where Ft3 is in comparison to Ft4
And check vitamin D levels
TSH- 0.44 (0.40-5.30)
Free T4 (fT4) 18.7 pmol/L (11.5 - 22.7)
Ft4 64.3% through range
No Ft3 or vitamin D
Are you taking vitamin D

In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg) and separate B12
