My Sister was using it but like me found this kind of thing hard to digest, presumably it's a recent thing but seems to only be a Waitrose recall🤷‍♀️ Edit... that's not true the Company have issue a recall notice... didn't read it properly this morning

Zoe emailed on 1st November to say that there was a problem in the batch that we had (we buy it direct), and to discard it. They have since sent out replacement that is expected to be ok.

I am never a fan of these combination supplements; in my opinion, it's a money making gimmick and they are a bit like multivitamins - lots of stuff in there and do you really need this? I'd rather supplement with individual components (might work out cheaper too).

I would also be wary of where these seeds, nuts etc. come from and which agriculture they have been grown in. You may increase your fibre content, but what about heavy metal content or pesticides?!🙄

Totally agree, it's a lovely idea to simplify things but it does rather pray on busy people with more money than time...how can it possibly suit everyone... like you say the glitzy wrapping doesn't always give you enough information about the actual quality/ quantity of ingredients
