I take Accord 50mcg but it doesn’t say Northstar on the box as far as I can see. Does it include these or are they different please?Thank you.

Did you click on the link given in Lyn's post? It gives the batch number and expiry date of the tablets that are affected :

Batch number: XATA30

Expiry date: Jan-2023

Check yours.

I believe that batch number will apply only to Northstar as mentioned.

I had a batch of those and they all crumbled. Had to swap boxes to a different batch.

Please put in a Yellow Card report - even though they have already issued a recall.

Thanks for the heads up. I have been dispensed this product. What do I do with them? Take them back to the pharmacy?

I would consider doing so but the recall is technically not down to patient level. So I would probably only do so if it was a problem - like they are crumbling as you try to get them out of the blister pack.

But I would put in a Yellow Card report if you have any issues at all - even if you decide not to take them back.
