Short outbursts of symptoms

Hi does anyone have short outbursts of symptoms. I've felt fine all day, went to the shop and suddenly my heart is racing, I feel shaky. I feel hot and dizzy like I'm going to pass out. This is how I felt when first diagnosed, after about a hour its starting to wear off.

The time axis in this can represent years sometimes! I’m 2 years in and can still relate.

Very common to have up and down days, and great mornings and terrible afternoons and vice versa and everything in between.

Healing is not linear

Totally agree with FallingInReverse . Resurgence of symptoms out of the blue. Always disconcerting. May have a reason. May not.

Bug? Changes to medication? Necessary changes to medication? Changes in weather? Doing something different a few days earlier - this is a biggee for me. Feeling better, do more, oops, an issue with (usually) old symptoms.

Hope your episode passes quickly and you feel better soon without any further ill effects.
