Are you still only taking 75mcg Levo per day

Which brand are you taking

Are you taking Levo on its own, on empty stomach and at least 2 hours away from any other medication

Suggest you request new thyroid and vitamin testing

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

High cholesterol suggests you may not be on high enough dose Levo

How much do you weigh in kilo

75mcg Levo is low dose unless you’re very petite

What vitamin supplements are you taking if any

Bipolar can be associated with autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s

Hashimoto’s can also be misdiagnosed as bipolar

Mental issues including Bi-polar and Hashimoto's
