Split dose

Does anyone take their dose split ? Morning and late afternoon. Thank you.

I have in the past, at 6 and at bedtime. It worked well to smooth out dose increases but nowadays I’m 100mcg at 6am

It’s very much trial and error to see if a morning dose, evening dose or a split dose suits you best. I’ve tried them all!

yes I split my dose, 06:00 and 22:00 I find it helps reduce the mid afternoon crash quite a bit.
