Hi! I'm pretty new to all of this so sorry if this is a dumb question.
I started on 25mcg levothyroxine with a TSH of 6.09 (T4 18.1) (ABS 252).
A month later, my TSH had reduced to 4.43 (T4 16.2), and so the GP increased my dose to 50mcg. 6 weeks later, my TSH today was 0.54 (T4 not reported).
So, is this right dose? Or is it too much? Will my TSH continue to decrease lower and lower or should it stay at this level?
Physically and emotionally, I've felt zero changes throughout all of this, by the way. I don't think I really had many symptoms of anything in the first place and was surprised by my high TSH which was discovered around the time I had a miscarriage.
I'm a little concerned that now the pregnancy hormones are well and truly gone that this dose of levo might make me hyper if my TSH keeps dropping.
Any advice/opinions would be great Thanks!

You won’t know if it’s the correct dose unless you test FT3 and FT4. Especially as you didn’t feel symptoms before this.
You don’t give the ranges for your TSH and FT4 so it’s difficult to know if you are high and low in range.
Good to see your TSH has come down. How often have they said they will monitor this now?
For context you are only one up from a starter dose and only 10 weeks in. Typically folks are on one or two (or more) increases more but it’s very individual.

Actually the reverse is more likely…..initially TSH drops after a dose increase in Levo, but as your body gets use to increase in metabolism, TSH begins to rise
Retest in a further 6-8 weeks
ALWAYS test thyroid levels early morning, ideally before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Which brand of levothyroxine are you taking
When were vitamin D , folate, B12 and ferritin last tested
