Blood test

Hi everyone, I would like some advice about blood tests. I usually have my blood drawn for tests, but it is so expensive and inconvenient. I want to try fingerprint. I have tried this before without success, but have got a monitor my health test. My plan is to take test later in day, I know early morning is recommended but I'm not bothered about TSH, I just want to see my t4 and t3 levels currently. I am going swimming now and thought if I drink plenty and do draw after exercise I might succeed. My question is when should I take t4 and t3. I am happy not to take levo until after test, so will be about 32 hours from last dose, thought I could take t3 at 6 am and do test about 2.30 ish, which would be about 8 hours after t3. Would this give me a reasonably accurate measurement. Your advice much appreciated.
