looking for recommandations

Hello everybody,

after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism but not getting the appropriate medication from endo, I have decided to take matters into my own hands. I have read multiple books by recommended authors about how to self-treat.

So I am asking for recommendations for both T3/T4 as well as for a source of NDT, that would be possible to be shipped to Belgium or France.
