Taking levo at night. Wondering how long to wait to take it after evening meal?

I wonder if people could suggest their best times to take levothyroxin.

Due to my situation I am now taking Levo before bed to see how that works.

Really wondering how far away from eating is best for this so that levo works well

At least two hours - three if it's a greasy meal.
