0.33 TSH and Can't Lose Weight

I had a baby 4 months ago and at that time was put on 100mcg dose of Levothyroxine. They have kept me on this dose ever since and my TSH level is now 0.33 mU/L (0.27-4.20) They have said to repeat this in a year. I feel fine symptom wise but I've noticed I can't lose weight no matter what I try and do. I'm 30 now and over the last few years of being diagnosed and taking Levothyroxine, weight loss hasn't been a problem for me luckily. I'm a bit stuck on what to do moving forward. Anybody else been in a similar situation? It's getting me down! Thank you.

Have you also tested FT4 & FT3? Often the NHS doesnt do this but its essentail to know how well replaced you are and if you are converting T4 to T3.

See link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/testing/priva...

There is also a new company offering walk in& mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...

Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.

A few years ago your ferritin was deficient and B12 very low. What happened about those levels and are you now supplementing them, also folate & D3?

What are your recent vitamin results?

What are you supplementing with?

We need OPTIMAL levels of all key vitamins for thyroid hormone to work well.
