Tired eyes and dizyness

I have been taking Metavive 1 and 11 for my Hashimoto’s, one capsule of each per day for a number of years and felt fine but for the last couple of months have had a woosey head and no energy. Can anyone advise if I should increase my dosage.

So we can offer better advice, please share blood test results (with ranges in brackets) for:

TSH

FT3

FT4

Plus any antibody and key vitamin tests (ferritin, folate, vitamins D and B12)

If your GP is unable to complete all the above (eg if TSH is within range, some surgeries may not be able to access FT4 and FT3 tests), you could look to do this privately, as many forum members do, for a better picture of your thyroid health:

I understand that you recently posted asking for an endo recommendation…. I would definitely get all the above tested prior to seeking this consultation as tests invariably cost more at a private hospital and you will have the results to hand to discuss at the appointment.
