hi I'm 64 yr old woman with hashimotis ..an just found out I have mycoplasma genitilumwondering if thry are connected?

I have suffered for so many years with various things such as bacteria vaginosis urinary tract also had walking pneumonia and I get sinus infections constantly I believe that I have had the mycoplasma for many years waiting on treatment now

Mycoplasma genitalium is a sexually transmitted infection. I can't see why there would be any association of this disease with autoimmune thyroid disease. And a quick 'google' did not bring up anything useful.
