Levothyroxine pregnancy

Hi all, i had full thyroid removal May 2023, i have been on levothyroxine since and fell pregnant in December. First trimester was rough as my doctors wouldnt up my dose, second trimester was better once my levels stabilised. But since being in my third timester (levels are still ok) i feel symptoms coming back, doctors say its not my thyroid but ive suffered with thyroid problems since 2018 so im pretty in tune with my body with regards to it. Has anyone found that maybe their body is reacting differently to levo while in third trimester despite levels being normal? Or know what may be causing this?

So did you get a dose raise in the end?

Do you have a copy of your latest blood results that you can share with us? You are legally entitled to a printed copy of your results, ask at GP reception. In England you can get the NHS app and ask for permission to see your blood results on that by asking at GP’s reception.

What are your latest results for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3?

We need OPTIMAL levels of key vitamins for our thyroid hormone to work well.
