With any recommendation that you get, it is advisable to complete further research yourself before making a decision.
It is a good idea to have thyroid blood tests (TSH, FT4 and FT3) alongside key vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and vit D) prior to your appointment. This allows you to discuss the results with the endo at the first meeting.
I haven’t closed your post immediately FoxyTed as thought you might like to edit it to say an area you’d be willing to travel to/ or would you consider an online/Zoom consultation?

Have you had ultrasound scan of thyroid
Ideally see someone who has some idea that central hypothyroidism might be causing your low TSH
