can somebody explain these results As I’m suffering with crying anxiety and palpitations
Well, your FT4 is too high, and your TSH is low, but neither of those tell us what your FT3 is. You could be a poor converter and your FT3 very low, but you can't know without testing it. Your symptoms certainly sound hypo, but we can't be sure.
No nutrients tested?
Would it be ok to not take one tomorrow to see if I feel any different, as I have realy bad anxiety
You could try that, yes. But one day might not make much difference.
Plus there is the Levo Trap! When people stop their levo for whatever reason, the usually feel better than they have for a long, long time, and they therefore draw all sorts of false conclusion from the experience. But, quite honestly, it doesn't mean a thing. It doesn't last. Sooner or later those hypo symptoms will come creeping back in. It might be better to just reduce your levo a little, and see if that helps. But my money is on poor conversion and your FT3 being low.
how do I fix the conversion and ft3 , sorry I’m just in a bad way at the moment
You can't fix the conversion. Optimising nutrients might help but have you ever had them tested? But very often just the fact of having Hashi's makes for poor conversion and there's nothing you can do about it. What you need is T3 added to your levo. But, first of all, you need the FT3 tested to be sure.
Just had a look at your last post...
Did you do the test correctly this time: early morning blood draw, leaving a 24 hour gap between your last dose of levo and the blood draw?
I see you have Hashi's, so your high FT4 could also be due to a Hashi's 'hyper' swing. But we still need the FT3 to get the full picture.
I can’t get another test for 7 weeks , doctor has reduced me from 75 to 50 , think it’s been around 2 weeks now
Well, two weeks is far too low to know if that's going to be the right solution. And I somehow doubt it is. If you were feeling bad because your FT4 was too high and you reduce your levo (T4) your FT3 is also going to reduce too, which could make you feel worse. Never accept a doctor reducing your dose unless the FT3 has been tested. If you want to experiment with your dose, do it yourself without involving your doctor.
On the other hand, if you FT4 is high due to the Hashi's, the level is going to reduce by itself and you're going to be hypo again, and need your full dose. So, once again, don't get your doctor involved in any experiments with dosing. They just don't know enough about thyroid to understand any of that.

Why did your GP reduce your dose?
Did you remember to take your Levo AFTER the blood draw and not before?
Its best to allow 24hrs from last dose of Levo to bloo dtest otherwise you end up measuring what you have just taken as opposed to stable blood levels.
Its quite likely you have low FT3 and or low vitamin levels.
What are your most recent vitamin results and what are you supplementing with?
